Terms of Service & Platform Rules

1.Acceptance of Platform Terms

By registering an account, purchasing course licenses, streaming video lectures, or scheduling 1-to-1 mentorship sessions on CSTutorial (accessible at cstutorial.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2.Student Accounts & Security

When creating your student workspace account (via Email or Google Authentication), you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration credentials.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login password and session tokens.
• Prohibition on Account Sharing: Each enrollment grants a single, non-transferable student license. Concurrent streaming from multiple unauthorized geographic locations will trigger automatic account suspension.

3.Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Protection

All educational materials—including but not limited to proprietary video lectures, syllabus slides, architecture blueprints, system design diagrams, starter codebases, and assessment projects—are the exclusive intellectual property of Chandan Singh and CSTutorial.

4.Lifetime Course Access & Content Updates

Enrolling in a course provides Lifetime Access to that course's digital classroom, video streams, and future syllabus enhancements. Lifetime access corresponds to the active operational lifespan of the platform. Enrolled students are free to re-watch lectures, download starter repositories, and retake quizzes without recurring subscription fees.

5.1-to-1 Mentorship Calls & Live Code Reviews

• 1-to-1 sessions are conducted live via Google Meet or Zoom according to the selected calendar slot.
• Rescheduling: Students may reschedule a booked slot up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time via the dashboard or by emailing chandancstp@gmail.com.
• No-Shows: Failure to join the scheduled call within 15 minutes of the start time will forfeit the booked session.

6.Live Classes & Interactive Weekend Workshops

Enrolled students are entitled to attend scheduled live weekend interactive masterclasses and workshops. We reserve the right to modify the schedule or substitute dates due to technical maintenance or instructor scheduling adjustments, with advance notifications sent via email.

7.Payments & Razorpay Gateway

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or EMI. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard applicable transaction fees. For refund requests, refer to our official Refund Policy.

8.Educational Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CSTutorial courses and architecture templates are provided for educational and engineering training purposes. While taught by a senior engineer with 7+ years of production experience, CSTutorial is not liable for cloud billing charges, server outages, or production errors arising from students applying course architectures on external production infrastructure.
